PROCUREMENT SOLUTIONS

We provide procurement solutions, particularly those associated with the metal minerals and high-end CNC machining industries. In these industries our expertise and experience are unique due to the intransparancy of these purchase markets in China. Additionally, since 2019 we have gathered valuable knowledge and experience in the food industry.

All our services have one key component in common; they should add a certain value to your firm.

PURCHASING ENTRY STAGE

The type of service needed also depends on the stage of China entry. These can be divided into three stages:

  • STAGE I
    Never purchased in China
  • STAGE II
    Already purchasing in China, and current suppliers need improvement / new (additional) suppliers are required
  • STAGE III
    Purchasing in China already and the supply chain needs to be optimized

Companies that have been purchasing in China between 5-10 yrs will require a different approach from companies with < 1 yr, as the commitment, experience levels, and purchase risks are different.

1. Procurement of minerals (abrasives) and high-end metal components and frozen meat & fish products

Due to the many procurement activities performed in > 8 years, an extensive network of suppliers has been developed in different industries, in particular:

  • Minerals (abrasives/refractories/sandblasting media)
  • High-end metal (vehicle) components (< 50 ppm)
  • Frozen meat and fish products

Although not our primary industries, we have successfully completed projects in other industries such as:

  • LED LUMINAIRES
  • SOLAR PANELS
  • ETC.
 

2. TROUBLESHOOTING

In China containment of supplier problems or solving them can be a daunting task as before dealing with a problem, one needs to know what the status is. Hence our method is:

  • To gather al information to ascertain the problem
  • Determine all parties involved
  • Visit the supplier and assess the extent of the problem, analyze the problem, and provide possible solutions.
